The Blazer Express is a tabletop unit that prints one shirt at a time. Print up to 16.5" x 20". If you can see the image on your computer monitor you can print it to light or dark garments. It is the future of customized garment printing! The Blazer Express is a fast printer (most printers have 90 inkjet nozzles per color, while the Blazer is 180 nozzles). The design is compact yet powerful tabletop version requires no special power. Print shirts of course, but also print towels, panties, shorts, bibs, bandanas, aprons, tote bags, and socks. It can print images at resolutions up to 2880 x 1440 DPI. With 180 nozzles per color, create vibrant prints on light or dark garments with our CMYK plus four white system, or achieve amazing color prints on light garments only with our 8 color system of CMYK plus red, green, blue and orange The Blazer Express is great for small or large jobs. A standard sized image can be printed for less than 40 cents per shirt (on light shirts) and in less than 60 seconds. The Blazer Express has heavy-Duty handles in front and on the back making it easy to move and very portable for event printing. This machine allows for easy Print Head height adjustments and features an HMI display that controls all printer functions, including maintenance, Head Cleanings and more. You can also link more than one machine to a single computer with optional software for even higher production rates. The Blazer Express can even print on many non-textile surfaces such as metal, plastic and wood. Perhaps most importantly, Blazer Express prints are very durable and will withstand MANY washings. The finished print needs to be heat-set using either a standard heat press or long conveyor dryer, but no additional treatment is necessary. The Fast T-Jet® Blazer Express will print 20 to 60 light shirts per hour with production results slightly lower when printing with white ink on dark shirts. the typical rate for these images is 12-15 shirts per hour.
